Open House is on Thursday, April 23! I would love for my students and my students' parents to come by Room 2B to look at outstanding student work, to learn more about the Veteran's History Project, and to say "hello." I hope to see you there!
The goal of my blog is to provide information and support to students and parents in order to assure academic success as well a smooth transition to life after high school. Academic success can be defined as passing classes, earning credits, and ultimately graduating. Willows High School graduation requirements include: 270 credit completion; passing Algebra I; passing the English and Math portions of the CAHSEE; and passing the senior portfolio. My blog contains specific information regarding assignments, links to aid with skill practice, and CAHSEE support. In addition to academic support, my blog also contains a category on student lead IEPs, which answers questions about transitioning from high school to post secondary life.
